1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration and Security

One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one w3333 account only. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. w3333 employs automated and manual detection to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, w3333 may close all duplicate accounts, void any outstanding bets or bonuses held in those accounts, and confiscate any associated balances without prior notice.

Accurate Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update their account information promptly if any details change. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w3333 login credentials. You must not share your mobile number, password, or account access with any third party. All activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party — is your responsibility. Deposited funds that are not subject to an active bonus wagering requirement may generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification requirements.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms. General Bonus Rules

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms: (a) bonuses are available to eligible Players who have registered a verified w3333 account; (b) each promotion is available once per Player and once per household, IP address, or payment method; (c) w3333 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time if technical errors, abuse, or fraudulent activity is detected in connection with the promotion; (d) w3333 may decline to offer a bonus to any Player at its sole discretion.

Abuse of Bonuses

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonuses or promotions — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome; coordinating with other players to exploit promotion mechanics; or placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes a breach of these Terms. w3333 may void such bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the affected account in such circumstances.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the w3333 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's interface. Sports betting rules, including settlement procedures, void bet conditions, and in-play betting rules, are set out in the w3333 Sports Betting Rules which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event or game as determined by w3333. For sports bets, w3333 uses recognised official sources to determine results, including official league and tournament administrators for cricket (BPL, IPL, ICC), football, and other sports. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a game or event, w3333's determination shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out below.

Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or connectivity disruption during a game or bet, w3333 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account. w3333 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors, system outages, or interruptions to game or data feeds that are outside w3333's reasonable control, including disruptions caused by third-party game providers, payment processors, or internet service providers.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w3333 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

  • Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, including using deposited funds derived from illegal sources.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, or to interact with the platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game, exploit promotional mechanics, or circumvent platform rules.
  • Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using a payment method that belongs to a third party.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit vulnerabilities in, or interfere with the operation of the w3333 platform, its games, or its payment systems.

w3333 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in respect of any investigation into financial crime, fraud, or other illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the w3333 platform.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

  • w3333 is required by law or regulatory guidance to suspend or close the account, including where the Player fails to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
  • The Player has requested account closure or self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools or by contacting w3333 support.

Effect of Closure on Balances

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or confirmed fraudulent activity, w3333 may forfeit the entire account balance, including any pending withdrawals. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request or by w3333 for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe after completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w3333 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the w3333 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether w3333 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

w3333's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their w3333 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

w3333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, w3333 will endeavour to provide Players with reasonable notice by posting a notice on the w3333 platform or by sending a notification to the registered mobile number or email address associated with the Player's account. The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are published on the w3333 platform.

Your continued use of the w3333 platform after any amendment to these Terms has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the w3333 platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
